As the Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, contributing to our mission of exceeding customer expectations.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage service department schedules and appointments, coordinating with technicians and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, including documentation of services performed, parts used, and customer communications.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies as needed, following up suppliers on backorders and receipting parts when received.
- Review service maintenance reports ensuring grammar accuracy and reporting of defects to the quoting register.
- General ADHOC and data entry duties

**Qualifications**:

- High school certificate or equivalent; and/or certification or training in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Aroflo/Simpro desirable)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
