Smart Caller Pty Ltd, a leading engineering design and support company in Nurse Call systems, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are searching for a full-time person to operate our warehouse.

You will be reporting to the Operations Manager with daily duties including but not limited to:

- Sales order processing, overseeing incoming and outgoing stocks and meeting customer deadlines.
- Managing raw materials and finished goods stock levels, ensuring quantity accuracy both physically and within our stock control system.
- Reviewing raw material replenishment lead times and raising purchase orders when necessary for continuity of production.
- Establishing and sustaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Processing and system documenting of customer returns (RMA).
- Working with management on process enhancements and streamlining of stock control procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Experience in stock control and logistics.
- Intermediate computer skills especially with web-based business management systems.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- A strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.

Preferably you will:

- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Have a driver’s licence and vehicle.
- Be physically fit.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
