**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Supervise the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy in quantities received and shipped. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and shipments.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Implement new strategies or technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Utilize inventory management software systems to track inventory levels, monitor stock movement, generate reports, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as sales or customer service) to fulfill orders accurately and on time. Address any warehouse-related concerns or inquiries from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Generate regular reports for management, detailing key performance indicators and suggesting improvements.

**Requirement**:

- Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License
- LF Forklift License - extensive experience on both counter-balance & reach forklifts is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of Linen, Manchester or similar retail products (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Salary**: $55,121.90 - $65,530.67 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
