**The Role**
- Front office activities, meet and greet etc.
- Provide professional general administration support
- Assist customers and staff enquiries, providing a high level of internal and external service
- Office mail duties, including collection from GPO
- Generate and maintain various office reports, data collection, spread sheets and registers
- Compile and transact banking deposits and deliver to branch
- Facilities management and purchasing office amenities
- Process customer laundry label orders, including billing in SAP
- Process customer credit card payments
- Accounts Payable activities; registering supplier invoices/expenses in SAP and prepare supplier payment cycles
- Accounts Receivable activities, updating and maintaining debtor portfolio and debt collection
- Assist Financial Controller with month end functions, including Bank reconciliations/Inter-Co reconciliations/Goods in transit, journals, and Inventory reporting
- Administrative support during Stock takes and Inventory Control
- Booking company travel requirements
- Maintain general filing system
- Ensure front office and kitchen areas are neat and tidy
- Provide support and cross train in related administration positions for periods of leave and staff absences
- Other duties directed by Manager

**The Person**
- Sound level of computer literacy and typing, preparing spreadsheets etc
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Previous experience in an administrative/front office/accounts clerk role
- Previous experience with ERP such as SAP would be desirable
- Must have current driver’s license and transport
- Understanding of process in an office sales and service environment
