**About The Role**
Based at our Shellharbour office, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team of customer service professionals delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

In the role you will be responsible for the following:

- Allocating rosters and ad hoc shifts to a dedicated workforce
- Managing customer expectations
- Coordinating staff by phone, across the country
- Creating a positive experience for customers

**What you need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a fast-paced position within a similar customer service setting and will possess the following:

- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
