**About the role**
We are currently seeking an After-Hours Customer Service Coordinator, to join our high performing team located in Shellharbour.

Based at our Shellharbour office you will be working within a team of customer service professionals and will be responsible for:

- Allocating rosters and ad hoc shifts to a dedicated workforce
- Managing customer expectations
- Coordinating staff by phone, across the country
- Creating a positive experience for customers

This is a casual role working in our After Hours Team and will suit someone looking for a lifestyle role outside of the standard 9-5 office hours. This role requires weekend work, afternoons, and nights until 12:30am. Weekend shift times are between 6:00am-12:30am and weekday shifts are between 10:00am-12:30am.

**About you**
It's all about attitude While we do require previous exposure to a customer service based role, you don't need to have years of experience. We are looking for someone who will fit with our culture and our values and who is dedicated to succeeding in your chosen profession. You need to be confident, articulate, reliable and able to juggle several different tasks at once.

You will also:

- Be able to work at least 36 hours a week
- Be a great communicator & multitasker that can be flexible and think quickly
- This is a casual position, but we are looking for someone that wants to make this their full-time commitment
