**The Role**
Home Instead is currently recruiting an HR Administration Assistant & Recruitment Coordinator to join the People Experience Team to provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

The HR Administration Assistant & Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Manager with attraction and recruitment activities to directly support the strategic and development direction of our team.
Responsibilities include tasks such as:
- Conducting employment screening and interviews of prospective team members.
- Coordinating the onboarding processes for incoming team members; including activities such as data entry, information pack preparation, reference checks and document management.
- Filing, scanning and general document control
- Data entry and general customer service support
- Meeting coordination and preparation, minute and note taking and organisation of events.

**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A relevant administration qualification or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in a customer service or administration type role.
- Experience in recruitment is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrate accurate data entry and experience in the use of MS Office.
- An effective communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Patience, acceptance and a non-judgemental attitude.
- Able to demonstrate your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Able to juggle competing priorities, effective time management skills and results orientated.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
