The **Digital Marketing Manager** will work in conjunction with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, marketing peers and key business stakeholders - in particular the Vertical Sales Directors as well as the Enterprise and Mid-Market New Business Teams - to develop, execute, analyse and optimise commercially aligned marketing activity to generate demand from new customers and build top of mind awareness of the Winc brand in the marketplace.

***In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Plan comprehensive 12-month marketing plans, in consultation with relevant internal stakeholders, aligned to marketing objectives and metrics.
- Ensure cut through and longevity of campaigns, by developing integrated, multi-channel executions across all relevant platforms with a focus on digital marketing and demand generation.
- Execute campaigns with the support of our agency partners and a cross functional team of in-house experts.
- Champion brand positioning and guidelines consistently internally & externally in line with our Masterbrand and vertical customer value propositions.
- Ensure all plans are supported with clear and measurable KPIs and performance is reviewed and optimised on a regular basis.
- Ensure reporting for all campaigns and activities is completed in a timely manner, with learnings integrated into future programs.

**Skills & experience required**:

- 5 to 6+ years’ experience in the area of performance marketing, brand marketing and lead generation.
- Degree qualified in communications, marketing or related.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across and within a matrix environment.
- Proven track record in conceptualising and delivering multi-channel marketing communications campaigns.
