**Job Description Summary**: You will be an analytical, creative & energetic self-starter to work closely with our Business Partners, Marketing Communication Leaders, Field Marketing and Commercial teams to translate marketing strategies into performance tactics. The role is a blend of analytical, creative & technical marketing skills. The role supports the execution of programs through shared services resources including virtual/events, exhibits, collateral/sales tools & includes a strong focus around digital communication platforms. Assist in developing, creating, and managing web content and analytics. - Customer Data. Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of database. Identify the best ways to reach, segment and leveraging customer data for more effective campaigns. - Asset Management. Marketing asset management including localisation of global content, collateral within the SFDC libraries and GE compliance approval systems. - Communications. Support and drive various communications platforms for both internal and external information. Creative development to support new communication initiatives. - Digital. Execute, guide and refine digital marketing strategies maximizing impact. - Collateral. Assistance with the development and coordination of collateral/sales tools including design, production, and distribution. - Vendors. Third party vendor management for print, design, and logistics. - Scheduling. Development and maintenance of Program annual calendar. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field. - Proven professional experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or related field. - Strong analytical and process skills - Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud an advantage - Experience in operational and marketing processes - Ability to influence and collaborate. - Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration, and scope. - Ability to translate strategy into business objectives. - High level presentation skills - Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. - Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail - Action and results oriented. - Understanding of commercial data **Preferred Qualifications**: - Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing organization and/or healthcare marketing experience - Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge - Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes - Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of urgent nature and effectively deal with ambiguity.
