**Client Liaison Officer - Osbourne Park**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact with Clients
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Liaise with Construction Manager
- Follow up on all client queries in a timely manner
- Experience with building processes from end to end

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in the residential construction industry - minimum 2 years
- A strong understanding of the building process to be able to communicate effectively with clients
- Well organised, good time management and and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite with previous Databuild and Clickhomes experienced desirable
- Great customer service and communication skills to provide a quality experience for the clients, suppliers and subcontractors
