We are currently seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to join the WISE Employment team
The function of the Training Coordinator will be to identify suitable internal and external development training solutions. The Training Coordinator will work closely with site staff and National Training Partners to meet the training needs of individual customers/stake holders.
The role will be performed in a way that adheres to WISE organisational standards, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards, relevant legislation and all funding body requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess appropriate training solutions for customers/stakeholders.
- Contribute to training needs analysis, develop training plans, plan and organise training schedules for jobseekers
- Plan and organise training for customers as required including human & material resources
- Identify and respond to specific learning and development needs within the relevant ESA, including developing and delivering accredited and non accredited training
- Perform administrative, procedural and operational duties as required.

**About you**
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels
- 3-5 years experience of developing, implementing, managing and delivering workplace training and assessment in the employment services (or related) area
- Demonstrated understanding of assessing training needs and opportunities for customers
- Proven experience in preparing, delivering and evaluating vocational training
- High level knowledge of a range of vocational training packages
- Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
- Experience working within the Employment Services industry or related role will be highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements
- Current driver’s license where required
- Double vaccinated against COVID 19
