**A snippet about the role**
You will be the dedicated point of contact for technical service customers. You will develop & maintain a deep understanding of customers operational, technical and business environments to be able to provide top notch support. You will be the customers advocate while aligning expectations with internal capabilities and standards. You thrive on release management and ensure customers are ready to go for technical system changes and ensure a smooth transition.
**What kind of human you are**
You will be a collaborative kinda person, with ninja level listening skills and gives you the stage to showcase your technical knowledge. Communication is king and you will liaise with customers on the regular and ensure they are kept in the loop in a timely fashion. You love to learn and will be the advocate across the companies’ systems to be provide the best possible support you can.
You enjoy challenging the status quo and making improvements anywhere you can. You are so customer & delivery focused - its all you can see
**Skills we are on the hunt for**
- Solid chops in account management/high level customer relationships
- Strong technical background, including a familiarity in networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
- Supporting technical systems, software and protocols
- Interacting across an entire customer organisation from C-Suite through to front-line technical staff
- Relationship-building, coordination and engagement skills
- Understanding of Australian Equity, Derivatives and/or OTC Markets
- Incident management & communications
- Highly developed analytical, investigative & problem solving abilities with an ability to get into the low-level detail on technical issues
