**About the role:
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for technical services customers
- Proactively manage accounts through face-to-face meetings and build strong relationships
- Support technical change management, ensuring customer readiness and smooth transitions
- Lead process improvement initiatives for an enhanced customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM system
- Stay updated on industry knowledge through participation in forums and working groups
**Role requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of account management or high-level customer relationship experience
- Strong technical background, including networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in supporting technical systems, software, and protocols
- Advanced analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities with attention to technical details
- Proven track record in relationship-building and coordination
- Solid understanding of Australian Equity, Derivatives, and/or OTC Markets
