You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call. *** **The Triple Zero call centre operates 24/7 and works on a rotating roster.** *** **Duties**: - Answering calls from all over Australia - Efficiently connecting all emergency calls to Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatchers - Provide consistent and high-quality service - Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach **Experience Required**: - Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre or face to face environment. - Strong problem solving skills - A positive and resilient outlook - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A stable working history - A "Can Do" attitude **HOW TO APPLY** *** *** **Who are we** At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
