Looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with experience in managing difficult conversations for both internal and external customers. The role entails a large volume of outbound phone calls to customers on life support, a crucial part of the role.

A State Government owned organisation who offers essential services to West Australians, have asked us for assistance in finding an experienced Customer Service Officer. Ideally, you will be someone with experience in managing difficult conversations with internal and external customers, which can be challenging at times. The role also entails a large volume of outbound phone calls to customers, a crucial part of the role, requiring attention to detail.
**The Role**
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information
- Indbound/Outbound customer service calls
- Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks
- Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required
- Responsible for delivering your allocated rostered workload
**Role Requirements**
- Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
- Partake in area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls
