We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Centre Officer to join one of our government clients located in the Adelaide CBD.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide quality customer service
- Respond efficiently to customer enquiries and manage administrative tasks
- Calling clients, searching for addresses, payment arrangements and notifications
- Data entry

**Experience Required**
- Experience in similar administrative roles, data processing, call centre or customer focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and to provide support to others in an environment of change
- Able to set priorities and work under pressure in meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
