The News Corp Australia subscriptions contact centre is based in Adelaide and supports all the subscription brands across the country. Our team looks after subscribers’ needs in sales, retention and customer service.

We currently have a number of opportunities available to join our contact centre team in full time and part time roles within Customer Service as well as Sales & Retention. The roles are based in our Adelaide CBD offices with the potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangements after you are settled into the role.

**What you would be doing**
- Answer customer calls relating to new products, changes, complaints or cancellations
- Help customers to work through their concerns, and reinforce the value in their investment and connection with our products
- Offer the best solutions available based on the customer’s needs
- Provide accurate information and quotations
- Accurately transact on the customers account using our systems
- Work to KPIs and goals focused around our Customer Advocacy program and first call resolution

**Who are you?**
- Experience in a Customer Service, Sales and/or Retention environment
- Great at listening, building connection and managing customer expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A high-quality approach to your work
- Highly flexible, self-motivated and happy to work autonomously
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Confident communicator and open to feedback to help you improve your skills
- Enjoy being part of a team and contribute to a fun and competitive environment
