We are seeking multiple Customer Care Centre Officers to join one of our major government clients located in the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integral part of the team assisting the call centre team.
**The Role**
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide quality customer service, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and manage administrative tasks
- Calling clients, searching for addresses, payment arrangements and notifications
- Data entry
**Experience Required**
- Experience in similar administrative roles, data processing or customer focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and to provide support to others in an environment of change
- Able to set priorities and work under pressure in meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
