24/7 Roadservices is looking to expand our talented Customer Service team.

**About the Opportunity**

Due to our growing needs, we are looking for Customer Service Officers to join our team.

We are seeking individuals who have a strong interest in the customer service industry, with prior Automotive Industry experience being advantageous but not essential.

**The Role**
- Inbound roadside assistance breakdown/enquiry calls
- Outbound calls
- dispatch of providers nationwide
- Process new memberships/renewals
- Data Entry
- Basic administration duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Exceptional customer service mindset and skills.
- Friendly and highly professional phone manner.
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to communicate on different levels and offer the best solution to each case.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
- Intermediate computer knowledge.

Please note that we are 24/7 business and therefore require availability for weekdays, some weekend and night work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mayfield, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mayfield, NSW
