This role typically involves providing support for everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role of a Customer Service Officer involves consistently processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, in addition to providing a seamless service. This is a part-time 20.5 hours per week, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of **Monday**to**Friday**. No banking experience? No problem.
