Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
DATA ENTRY AND REVIEW
- Completion of numerical data review for all meter reading activities
- Data entry of customer supplied meter reads.
- Review and verify photographic data provided by meter reading team.
- Daily upkeep of meter reading cycle sheets in Excel
- Accurate warehouse record keeping and data entry.
- Processing meter exchange data - unmetered services, restores.

OPERATIONAL
- Front of house reception - customer facing - first point of contact both over phone and front counter
- Present a strong corporate image of Service Steam and client to external/internal customers.
- Liaise with scheduler to assist in the correct distribution of meter types to internal/external customers.
- Ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of Warehouse functions, and freight arrangements, that support the effectiveness of stakeholder operations.
- Ensure the physical protection, security, flow, and control of all material within the Warehouse.
- Implement operational enhancements that support growth, protect profit, and satisfy operational requirements relating to new contracts, services, or regions.
- Identify, investigate, report, and constructively resolve drivers of inventory variances.
- Deliver accurate reporting and information on a timely basis regarding stock levels etc (both routine and ad hoc).
- Lead execution of cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate and approve stock adjustments.
- Manage returns and scrapping, in line with contracted requirements.

GOVERNANCE
- Ensure that all Warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with legal and licencing requirements, appropriate ethical and governance standards, and policies
- To communicate and enforce internal controls, policies and procedures particular to the Supply Chain environment.
- To ensure the Warehouse is compliant with all legislative requirements and safety procedures and policies involving Warehouse Operations

About You

To be successful for this role, you have:

- Minimum 3 years warehouse and logistics experience
- History of data entry skills and high-level accuracy
- Sound computer skills including Intermediate/advanced Excel.

Qualification Required
- Forklift ticket (or willingness to complete)
- OHS White Card
