About the Business Unit
The Consumer Affairs, Liquor, Gaming and Dispute Services group at the DGS brings together the consumer protection, regulation, liquor and gaming and dispute resolution functions of DGS to:

- regulate consumer affairs and residential tenancies
- provide dispute resolution services to the community
- provide policy advice on liquor and gambling, consumer protection and other legislation we administer.

The Residential Tenancies Bond Authority Branch is part of the Consumer Affairs portfolio within the department and sits within Information and Corporate Services.

About the Role
The RTBA Processing Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the administration of the RTBA, with a special emphasis on providing expert advice on issues arising from the processing of bond transactions, escalation of processing issues, design and documentation of current and improved processing systems, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

About you
- Extensive knowledge of the legislation and policies administered by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority.
- Ability to operate computerised information systems.

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
