About the role:
Due to a strong pipeline of work, across residential, commercial, healthcare and retail, we are looking out for a number of Supervisors (Foreman) with a focus on structures and services.

As a Supervisor, you will review construction work and provide expert, technical input on applicable compliance requirements, investigating and proactively recommend improvements to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant standards and within agreed timeframe and budgetary parameters. You will also be expected to recommend changes to construction processes to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the best approach to Construction and Engineering projects.

To be successful you will need:
- Combined 4 years or more experience on large scale building projects- Strong knowledge of Construction practices, and/or knowledge of general building design and construction principles.- You will have strong problem solving ability- You are able to exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures.
