**Sales Delivery Coordinator - New Machine Delivery**
- WesTrac is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Delivery Coordinator to join our New Machine Delivery team in Tomago.
- Reporting to the Sales Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery process of new machine deals—from processing Shop Get Ready Forms and Work Packs to overseeing Revenue Recognition and Cost Estimates, through to final delivery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate assigned deals throughout the build phase, including accurate forecasting of completion and delivery dates for business reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Work Packs.
- Identify and recommend process improvements within the New Machine Delivery department.
- Oversee accurate and efficient invoicing following machine delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure contract requirements and delivery timelines are met.
**Skills & Experience**
- Cert III in Customer Service or Business Administration or experience in a similar role preferably from a sales environment.
- Strong customer focus and passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal with the ability to influence customer outcomes.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships.
