**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

Based in Ampcontrol Head Office at Tomago, we are seeking a Marketing & Communication Coordinator to join our high-performing, fast-paced team. You will support the company's strategic business goals, where you will assist with delivering integrated marketing & communication campaigns utilising content marketing and communication strategies to build brand profile, improve customer experience and growth, whilst increasing employee engagement and awareness of brand.

Your key responsibilities:

- Delivery of B2B marketing services and initiatives, in support of our brand, products and services in core and new markets
- Integrated campaign planning and delivery across traditional, digital and social platforms
- Support the concept development and production of quality content across our global operations.
- Maintain group wide websites
- Content focused quality, well-targeted communication and marketing services; social media marketing, digital marketing (website and EDM), artwork & video development, product launch campaigns, exhibitions, event support, traditional advertising, PR, customer communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Enhancing brand representation and awareness externally and internally, increasing employee culture and engagement with brand.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communication or similar
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in providing marketing support to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat)
- Experience with content management on WordPress websites
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on copywriting
- Experience coordinating events or exhibitions
- Strong organisational skills, a demonstrated capacity to work to deadlines and the ability to forward plan
- Ability to liaise with a diverse range of people, stakeholders and customers
- You love dealing with people and helping them solve problems
- You are self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive
