**The Opportunity**:
Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator **with pronounced planning, scheduling and estimating skills. Based in **Tomago**, this full-time position will play a key role within our Project Delivery team in the coordination of all technical and project-related activities.
**What We're Looking For**:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be dealing with keys stakeholders and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.
- Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant (desirable).
- Ability to interpret contract documentation.
- ERP and MRP systems for purchasing, expediting and production, cost control and reporting.
- High level of administrative and organisational skills.
- Think you know Ampcontrol? You may be surprised.
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables as required.
- Aiming to ensure the team reach their productivity goals and quality standards.
- Coordinate, attend and when required chair project kick off or progress review meetings.
- Managing customer expectations ongoing.
- Maintain control of job costing throughout and provide feedback to management.
- Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work.
