Tandem Partners is pleased to be partnering with Hexion Inc. for the recruitment of their HR Operations Leader for Australia and New Zealand, based at their AU head office in Caroline Springs, Victoria.

As HR Operations Leader, you will be responsible for developing the HR strategy for Australia and New Zealand, in alignment with the global HR strategy. This position provides leadership in execution of projects and initiatives and excellent performance of HR processes and activities by managing the ANZ HR team of two, within budget and goals and by partnering with all stakeholders to achieve operational, business and functional objectives.

Your role will lead generalist HR for the ANZ business of circa 200 employees and cover strategic talent management, learning and development, ER/IR, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Acquisition, Culture and Engagement and HR Planning and Projects.

- Ideally tertiary qualifications in HR/Business or similar
- HR Manager level experience in a similar position and ideally experience in an industrial environment
- Outstanding coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to build and improve engagement at all levels
- Experienced in dealing with a complex national/international organisation
- A team player who can provide direction, mentorship and leadership
- Capability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organisation
