This opportunity is an interim role for 3-6 months as a Recruitment and HR Operations Manager. The role will be hybrid, around 2-3 days in the office based in Heidelberg and the rest WFH.

This role will be responsible for people leadership, leading a mixed team of HR Advisors and HR Coordinators and supporting with regular check in's, problem solving and escalation points.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Senior HR generalist experience in a commercial environment, as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, with both operational and strategic experience;
- Strong Workplace Relations and IR experience.
- Credible advisory experience with the ability to work holistically and influence and partner with executive leaders;
- Flexible to work with day-to-day people matters and operations, including completion of the necessary administration.
