DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Logistics in Melbourne.

As a Warehouse Operator - Logistics (Administrative), you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Solutions department. This position combines hands-on administrative responsibilities with a customer-focused mindset. You’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, generating reports, resolving issues, and ensuring all processes align with both internal procedures and customer service level agreements (SLAs). Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is your ability to proactively support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Complete all documentation and paperwork clearly, legibly, and accurately in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and data entry for inbound receipts and outbound consignments.
- Liaise with customers professionally, providing requested reports and information as approved by DSV management.
- Monitor revenue capture and financial indicators, escalating discrepancies in GP loss or billing to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain adherence to DSV’s policies, procedures, and customer SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve service issues and maintain high standards of service delivery.

**About you**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and follow procedures.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative operations preferred.
