**Daimler Trucks Perth** are seeking a proactive, efficient and customer centric **Service Advisor** to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis

As the face of our Service department, you will be a trusted partner to variety of customers within the Transport industry. Your day will involve scheduling servicing and repair work, quoting customers and costing jobs, providing timely updates to customers on their vehicles, processing invoices for payment and working closely with the wider operational team to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and positive experience from our department.

**About The Role**:

- Processing bookings, providing accurate quotes/ costs on jobs, and checking vehicles in for servicing/ repairs
- Following up on the status of jobs, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and providing timely updates to customers
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships by ensuring service expectations are met

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive or heavy equipment industry
- Service driven ethic with the ability to understand and help our customers
- Good organisational skills, particularly time management and prioritisation
