Are you ready to make a significant impact on a global scale? We’re seeking an APAC Payroll Team Leader for an 18-month fixed term contract to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**: Lead and mentor a team of 4 payroll specialists.
- **Own the payroll process**: Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our APAC region.
- **Ensure compliance**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and international legislation, including tax, pension, health benefits and social security regulations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- **Drive efficiency**: Continuously analyse and improve payroll processes to optimize accuracy and productivity.
