- We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator based in
- **Sydney's North West Suburbs** to undertake a permanent position with a global market leader of their field.
- Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate running of the payroll function.
- Duties are outlined but not limited to the following:
- Accurate and timely processing of various payruns using **ADP**:

- Time and Attendance System - **KRONOS.**:

- **Monthly reporting, processing journals, reconciliations & payments** eg: PAYG, Superannuation, Workers Compensation etc.
- Setting up new employees, termination & redundancy calculations
- Dealing with internal & external payroll queries in a prompt & professional manner
- Streamlining of payroll processes & procedure where required
- Administration; Employment contracts, starter packs, etc.

- Strong, confident & up to date payroll knowledge
- Effective written & oral communication skills
- A Great Team Player
- Ability to interpret awards, legislation etc.(Min. 2 yrs exp)
- Sound organisational & numerical skills
- Strong administration and customer service skills
