Our client is seeking to engage an APAC Partner Events & Communications Specialist on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.

The APAC Partner Marketing team epitomizes Salesforce’s creativity, collaboration, and core values, demonstrated through relationships with Consulting System Integrators, Digital Agencies and Resellers, while executing high-value marketing strategies with top partners.

The APAC Partner Events & Communications Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day execution of a number of key to-partner events across the region, including annual Partner Kickoffs, client Days, Partner Executive Summit and other events as needed.

This position requires exceptional planning, communication, collaboration, and execution skills as you will work closely with the APAC Partner Marketing team (including APAC Partner Events & Sponsorship Manager), as well as other internal teams and outside vendors. You must possess excellent project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, have experience managing high-visibility events and programs, and a desire to master and contribute to best practices and operational processes that drive the delivery of world-class partner engagements. The position will be a key APAC participant in a broader virtual team, and will be on point for meeting facilitation, registration, event delivery, coordination with outside vendors and analysis and reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Execute on key to-partner events across the region, including annual Partner Kickoffs, Salesforce Days, Partner Executive Summit and other events as needed.
- Coordinate event logistics including registration, venue contracts, back-end virtual platform set up (On24, Google Meets etc.), entertainment, meeting space planning, keynote show-flows and content framework, timelines, speaker and executive communications, onsite event execution, managing budgets, debriefs, surveys, and more.
- Influence and work across organisational boundaries, including a broad range of peers and stakeholders. Provide status updates for a variety of audiences—including executive stakeholders, management, and peers.
- Create pre/post event/program communications for our attendees and stakeholders
- Execute on regional Partner Events through cross-collaboration with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Understand brand and product positioning with the ability to help ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
- Compile and work with multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative extremely fast paced environment
- Work with cross-functional internal teams; creative services, interactive, marketing ops, which support direct efforts and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute programs
- Provide onsite event support, registration management and other duties assigned by director of group as necessary
- Contribute towards creative problem solving
- Manage budgets, vendor invoices, contracts, and SOWs
- Collaborate to create and drive best practices, operational processes, and playbook for partner events, continuously iterate and create repeatable programs to scale.
- Research and implement new tools and technologies.
- Deliver consistent pre-planning presentations, post event surveys, and report back summary of results to key stakeholders utilizing feedback to continually improve the partner experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 4+ years successful events experience assisted with the execution of corporate events (conferences, executive programs, and trade shows), preferably in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with and managing external event agencies to drive successful events and key deliverables within stipulated timelines
- Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms
- Strong IT skills with a desire to learn new technologies to improve current processes. In-depth experience and proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite and Hub24 preferred, Quip and Photoshop ideal.
