- To build strong commercial relationships and partner with business leaders in APAC, providing advice and knowledge on People strategy, initiatives, program, best practices and ensuring effective business execution of People practices. Work in collaboration with the Centres of Expertise to ensure a value-adding, consistent People services to provision to leaders, managers and country in APAC region and to lead the implementation of all global / function operational/ strategic People programs and change agendas into the Region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partnering with APAC leadership team as their People Business Partner to deliver on people strategies and plans to underpin the business strategy, ensuring change initiatives and solutions including drive efficiency and optimal employee performance and engagement.
- Act as an Advisor to the business and advise them on market trends/data insights, set clear expectations and drive client relationship to build trust and expertise in the functions
- Lead any change that is specific to APAC region. Collaborates with Business Leads regarding function led change that impacts the team in APAC region and ensure effective local communication and implementation.
- Owns and implements the key People processes (Talent Management and development, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Effectiveness.
- Leads salary and bonus planning in line with global policy and processes.
- Co-owns the total headcount planning and responsible for data accuracy including approval to hire and remove colleagues.
- Works with CoEs (Reward, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, People Services, Learning & Development and Talent) to define country specific requirements to be implemented,
- Supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global People policies by providing insights and priorities to the CoEs and by deploying agree methods and frameworks for People initiatives within APAC.
- Champions and drives the adoption of the service delivery People Services strategy for APAC.
- Advocate for colleagues to build a strong culture of engagement and inclusion.
- Manage, guide and implement Employee Relations policies, processes and procedures in line with the various countries legislative requirements and Labour Laws to ensure compliance, governance and controls including effective performance management.
