Job Overview
The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, APAC customizes joint marketing and growth plans for key APAC-based partners and the APAC member firms of key global partner accounts, leveraging marketing experience to drive clear, quantifiable partner growth goals. This role will work with partners across APAC, with a focus on countries identified by Relativity as Tier 1 markets. This person is an advocate for partners within Relativity and an advocate for Relativity to partners. The Senior Specialist will also create and lead 1:many marketing initiatives that help grow revenue through the partner channel in APAC.
The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, APAC reports to the Director, Global Partner Marketing based in Chicago and will also be a collaborative member of the International Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Job Description and Requirements
- Manage overall co-marketing strategy for assigned APAC-based partners and regional offices/member firms of global partners, assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market planning, and regular marketing reviews, with a focus on helping partners move prospects through their sales funnels to drive business growth with Relativity
- Collaborate with Global Partner Marketing Managers to plan and implement the APAC regional portion of Gold and Silver partner marketing plans
- Generate and execute creative and unique ideas for joint marketing tactics that drive business growth for partners and harmonise with other Relativity marketing teams' activities, advocating for partner inclusion in these activities as appropriate
- Collaborate with the APAC marketing team to create and execute annual APAC partner marketing program that meets both partner marketing and APAC marketing objectives, in support of APAC sales and growth objectives
- Collaborate with channel sales and customer success teams to further develop partner relationships and assure partner co-marketing strategy aligns with overall partner success plans
- Instrumental in taking partner enablement initiatives to key partners, communicating how these programs benefit the partner, and driving usage
- Develop and implement partner marketing support on a 1:many level, including process improvement, how-to guides and through-partner campaigns; adapt global 1:many campaigns as needed for APAC markets
- Create and encourage use of through-partner marketing campaigns and programs to extend and amplify Relativity key go-to-market messages while helping partners move prospects through the sales funnel
- Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and activities and use this insight to inform future joint marketing with partners
- Provide product and industry insights to shape partners' go-to-market approach, and gather insights from partners to inform Relativity's partner marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing efforts
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure the value of engaging with partners, regardless of path to purchase, is clearly communicated in messaging and content for customers and prospects
- Support Relativity's competitive intelligence and market validation projects by leading related discussions with partner accounts
Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in a field, partner or channel marketing role
- Background supporting partner ecosystems and partner programs within the SaaS industry—specifically with channel or reseller partnerships as opposed to alliances or technology partnerships
- Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and measuring marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including marketing campaigns, content creation, and channel marketing tactics
- Ability to scale successful 1:1 marketing programs to partner ecosystem to increase impact and results
- Understanding of sales cycles and processes, and the ability to influence sales professionals and leaders to drive marketing objectives
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to proactively assess business challenges, propose solutions, and execute on plans to address issues
- Demonstrated expertise building relationships with partners, clients, or other external stakeholders in a consultative, influencer role
- Ability to travel within APAC
Location
Sydney. This is a hybrid position with a requirement to be in the Sydney office 2 days a week.
