**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a marketing officer you will assist with organising and executing in-person and virtual events across the APAC region. No two events are the same and include one off and multi day events, awards nights, VIP experiences, conferences and exhibitions. Any in-person events adhere to COVID safe practices.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Event administrative tasks - agreements, invoices, event checklists
- Adhering to event schedules and deadlines
- Coordinating event requirements such as printing, merchandise, staff rosters
- Event bump in and pack down
- Coordinating and liaising with our staff, clients, speakers
- Managing multiple events with overlapping deadlines

**PERSON REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar role assisting large scale international events
- A great communicator
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- A great team player, and able to take the initiative
- Flexible and adaptable
- A problem-solver
- Technical skills: Teams, Asana, Airtable, Slack, Office 365, PowerPoint
