**The opportunity**
Our client is a community focused Federal Government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for an APS4 level Program Support Officer to join the team.

12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend. APS4 level position paying an hourly rate of $43.82 + Superannuation, to be based out of Geelong, including 2 days working from home each week, with the remaining 3 on site.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Completing administrative tasks of moderate complexity or difficulty.
- Assisting in planning and deployment of branch activities and engagement meetings.
- Maintaining membership registers.
- Assisting with developing communication materials.
- Championing accessibility requirements.

**About you**
- Writing briefing documents suitable for government
- Organising and supporting meetings with internal and external stakeholders (such as scheduling, minute taking, recording of actions, and meeting follow up)
- Good organisational skills to keep track of workflows.
- Experience with government writing
- Understanding of how to create accessible documents in a range of formats
- You must be an **Australian Citizen** to be eligible for this position
