**About The Role**

You will:

- Provide frontline technology user support to the Endeavour community via technology support to maintain operational integrity ensuring delivery of ICT infrastructure.
- Support services through delivery via telephone and in person, but may also be on
- Travel to remote sites to ensure Endeavour technology support is met across various locations across Queensland.
- Maintain knowledge in a broad, constantly evolving assortment of policies, procedures, and technologies, providing maturity and reliability of user support that accurately and consistently meets organisational
- Maintain security of Endeavour hardware and software assets and equipment and enforce policies as required to meet organisation’s standards.
- Providing resolutions to issues by establishing the correct software and hardware prerequisites

**About You**
