Step into the role of Tier1 Service Desk at Endeavour Foundation and become the go-to problem solver who keeps our digital world running smoothly.

You'll play a vital part in helping us achieve our business goals by ensuring our systems are rock-solid and our staff can work without a hitch. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be providing day to day IT Service Level support to the business within our Support Office and remote services locations.

This role will experience high volumes in calls and tickets logged for customer support in various trouble shooting and problem-solving matters. Ideal applicant will have experience working in IT services help desk support, with understanding on call centre applications, ticketing systems ITIL, and Microsoft/Apple hardware and application products. You will be charismatic and able to interact with the front-line workers and communicate with ease and clear understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive user enquiries, requests and incidents and accurately record and resolve or as necessary, escalate as required.
  • Support services through delivery via telephone, email or in person, as well as on remote sites as required.
  • Achieve KPI's as communicated by Leader to ensure participation in organisational success is understood and accomplished.
  • Provide level 1 troubleshooting, both onsite and to remote sites of Endeavour Foundation, including subsidiaries.
  • Escalate tickets created during phone calls to other tiers

Role Requirements:

  • Qualifications and understanding of basic networking fundamentals - CompTIA & ITIL highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in providing high levels of customer service in a similar Level 1 Help Desk / IT Support role.
  • Experience using ticketing systems with an ITIL standard
  • Experience in Call Centre application, such as 8x8.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Office suite, Microsoft 365, and Apple product
  • Hold or Willing to obtain: NDIS Yellow Card, Blue Card and Police check, Drivers licence. Hold a Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
  • Available for rostered on-call (weekend) support for the business and system upgrades.
