**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a dental assistant / front desk to join our growing team. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients, processing claims and managing appointment books.
- Processing dental records using practice management software.
- Packing and stocking dental equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining the highest quality of infection control and complying with sterilisation protocols.
- Ensuring that the clinic is well maintained and tidy.
- Working as a member of the team to ensure that each day runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone who has some experience as a dental assistant and is available to work 2-4 days a week (ideally including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), on a casual basis, with an opportunity to increase to part-time or full-time in the future.

The start date is flexible.

**ABOUT YOU**

As a valued member of the Ultra Smiles team, you should:

- Be approachable and committed to providing excellent service to our patients.
- Be willing to learn. While prior experience is preferable, it is not necessary. We will provide you with all the support and training you need in dental assistance and front desk coordination.
- Be a team player and contribute to the fun and supportive culture of the team while helping the clinic to run efficiently.
- Have good organisational skills and always strive for efficiency and productivity.
- Have a passion for helping others and an empathetic approach.
- Have an interest in dentistry. Our dentists love to perform all aspects of dentistry at our practice and we love to immerse our whole team in this passion.
