Our Service Desk Team serves as the first point of contact for all Michael Hill Team Members seeking Technology Support via phone and our ticketing system. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an additional IT Service Desk Associate to join the team. Full time permanent role based in our Michael Hill Support Centre Office (Cannon Hill, Brisbane - with work from home flexibility).

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating service delivery to the business (via global Support Desk agents)
- Front line Support Desk support
- Direct point of contact for Retail Team Members
- Log all Requests, Incidents or Queries received, ensuring tickets are actioned based on ticket priority
- Triage to senior team members as quickly as possible to allow for swift resolution

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- IT or related tertiary education
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
- Experience supporting hardware with Windows and MAC Operating Systems (preferred)
- ITIL foundation certified (preferred)
