**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a full time dental assistant / front desk coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- being a friendly face for our patients
- processing claims and booking appointment using D4W
- communicating with patients about the services we offer and our policies
- efficient appointment book and patient management
- packing and stocking equipment and supplies
- maintaining the highest quality of infection control and complying with sterilisation protocols
- ensuring that the clinic is neat and tidy
- working as a member of the team, to ensure that each day runs smoothly
- managing a busy reception with warmth

This role would be perfect for you if you have some experience as a dental assistant and you are looking to progress your career, learn new skills and be in a role where there are plenty of opportunities for growth.

This role includes an initial probationary period on a casual basis with a clear timeline to progress to a permanent full time position.

The start date is flexible.

**ABOUT YOU**

- have strong organisational and communication skills

- have a passion for helping others and an empathetic approach
- have an interest in dentistry and be highly motivated to take on more responsibility within the team
- ideally have at least 2 years experience as a dental assistant in Australia (experience with D4W is a bonus)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
