
Administration Assistant/receptionist

**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Greet visiting clients face to face
- Handle and respond to client enquiries.
- Book follow-up appointments in Power Diary
- Invoicing and billing through Power Diary
**Requirements and attributes**:
- Prior experience in an administrative / reception position not necessary but would be advantageous
- We are largely a 'paper free' clinic, so computer literacy will be a key asset
- Outstanding over the phone customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
