Terraces Restaurant has the Gold Coast’s most renowned seafood buffet. At Terraces, guests indulge in a delicious selection of fresh seafood, gourmet salads, delightful desserts, and much more, while overlooking the lagoons and the ocean.

**The Role**

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the team in providing friendly, courteous and efficient service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for diners.

Duties include but are not limited to
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the initial and ongoing “On the Job” Training to ensure that Associates have the necessary skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively
- Assist with development and performance reviews
- Ensure that all Associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards
- Implement opportunities for quality Team Building
- Understand and supervise opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale System to include all discount and loyalty cards
- Handle Guest concerns and complaints with a concerning and understanding attitude as per Hotel standard
- Conduct pre-service briefings with staff, including: VIPs in House, Group movement, Promotional activity, Guest feedback and product knowledge

**The Requirements**
- Have previous F&B experience in a similar role
- Be energetic, friendly, organised, enjoy working in this fast-paced
- Be passionate about leading a strong service culture
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in leading and inspiring a large team
- Have the desire to strive for excellence
- Have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Hold a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
