The Star Gold Coast is currently looking for passionate Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our high performing team within our Food and Beverage department.

Your enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences will position you as a vital member of our leadership team, overseeing and assisting team members throughout their shifts. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service will be evident as you mentor, develop, and recruit teams, while also providing insightful recommendations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

**Casino Bars**: From our 24/7 Sports Bar with mega TV screens, to our iconic Atrium and Cherry Bars, The Star Gold Coast offers something that will please everyone. Whether you are after a signature cocktail, or an afternoon listening to a live band, our bars cater to all tastes
**Food Quarter**: Food Quarter’s fresh coastal palette and open plan design provides a bright and contemporary area that serves as the ideal casual dining space for lunch, dinner or a midnight snack

**About you**
Are you someone who thrives in an energetic, ever-changing environment where each interaction leaves a lasting impression? Demonstrating a proven history of excelling in fast-paced settings, you'll exhibit your capacity to lead, guide, and motivate your team. With a comprehensive grasp of RSA compliance and possessing an RSA Certificate, you'll ensure a secure atmosphere for both guests and team members. Bringing a wealth of experience in Food & Beverage management, ideally within upscale bars, restaurants, or hotels, you'll demonstrate your adeptness at leading and motivating teams. Your strength lies in communication, effortlessly engaging with a diverse range of guests, and you'll flourish in a dynamic environment with a rotating 24/7 schedule.
