**About the Hotel**:
We are Australia’s only theme park hotel, located in Main Beach, our hotel boasts beautiful views of the Broadwater, and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Spit.

**Our Restaurants**:

- The lobby bar is where our guests can get their morning coffee, grab some lunch and have an al a carte family dinner.
- Located poolside, the Waterfall Café is the hotspot for a drink or casual lunch and dinner by the pool.
- The Shoreline Restaurant is where our guests start their day with a diverse buffet breakfast. The Shoreline is also a buffet dinner restaurant including fresh seafood and daily specials
- With views of the Broadwater, the Boat Shed Bar & Grill is a relaxed dinner spot after a big day out. This venue can also be booked for private events.
- Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant is our award winning Teppanyaki restaurant that our guests go if they want an exciting and memorable experience.
- Melrose Pizzeria is our casual dine-in or take away pizza and pasta restaurant.
- We offer in-room dining service to our guests that prefer to stay in after their adventures at our Theme Parks.

**About the role**:
Sea World Resort has a unique opportunity for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors (breakfast and bars) to join our diverse team.

We are passionate about our team maintaining a work life balance, so this role is full time with a mutually agreed fixed roster. RDO’s being: Sunday & Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday. Being a family resort, there won’t be many late nights

**Duties**:

- Supervise the team ensuring every guest that visits Sea World Resort experiences excellent guest service
- Monitor shift changes, sick leave and annual leave to ensure adequate team member coverage
- Conduct regular team member meetings and create a positive and highly motivational work environment
- Train and develop Food and Beverage Attendants and Captains and conduct performance management sessions
- Work alongside all Food and Beverage Supervisors and be willing and adaptable to assist in all outlets as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous food and beverage supervisory experience essential
- Previous Barista and Bartending experience preferable
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) essential
- Responsible Management of a Licenced Venue (RMLV) certificates preferable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team required
- A positive and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Excellent grooming standards, professionalism and reliability
- The ability to work a variety of hours, across all days including weekends, days and evenings
