**The Opportunity**:
As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will manage our frontline team to deliver a superior quality food and drink service under strict timeframes.

**Your day to day**:

- Coordinate effective resource planning to achieve sufficient labour controls based on attendance forecasts.
- Manage your Food & Beverage team where responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, compliance training and conducting performance reviews.
- Work within a given budget by managing labour costs, conducting value chain analysis and assisting with financial reporting.
- Train and mentor your team on service standards to ensure guests are provided with a superior service experience.
- Maintain food safety standards and effective dietary management.
- Manage effective stock levels and cash control.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV, valid in Queensland) and Approved Managers license are required
- Previous experience in leading large teams in a Food & Beverage environment
- In depth knowledge of all areas of WH&S and Food Safety
- Full availability and flexibility to work across the group where required.
