Ongoing Opportunities for growth for an experienced F/B supervisor who thrives working in a very upmarket full service a la carte Venue.

You will need to be available to open and close the venue on weekends.

You will hold team meetings and briefings, staff rostering and be responsible for ensuring delivery of high quality food and beverage service and products in all areas including functions and events.

You will have a positive and outgoing personality with a true passion for customer service,

A high standard of personal presentation

A keen eye for detail

A good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and service bar skills

Sound experience in setting up for functions and events

Barista coffee skills

RSA and Food Handling Certificates

Own transportation( free parking on site)

Dynamic teamwork environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $39.47 - $46.04 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gold Coast, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
