Sea World Resort is on the hunt for a Breakfast Food & Beverage Supervisor to bring early-morning magic to our guests This is a full-time role with a steady, fixed roster that prioritizes work-life balance. With guaranteed RDOs, you can enjoy plenty of personal time. Plus, as a family resort, most evenings are yours - no late-night shifts here

**What Your Morning Routine Will Look Like**:

- Start the Day with a Smile: Lead our breakfast team to deliver warm, friendly service, creating a memorable start to each guest’s day.
- Stay Organized: Oversee shift changes, track sick and annual leave, and make sure there’s always enough coverage for a smooth breakfast service.
- Motivate and Energize: Host quick morning team huddles that get everyone excited and ready to serve with a smile.
- Teach the Tricks of the Trade: Train and develop Food & Beverage Attendants, passing on your breakfast expertise to our rising stars.
- Jump In as Needed: Whether it’s making a fresh pot of coffee or managing a busy breakfast crowd, you’re adaptable and hands-on

**What You Bring to the Breakfast Table**:

- Food & Beverage Experience: You know your way around a breakfast shift and can lead with confidence.
- Coffee & Cocktails: Barista skills are a plus If you can whip up the perfect morning brew, even better.
- Certifications on Deck: Current QLD RSA is a must, and RMLV is a bonus.
- Leadership & Calm Under Pressure: You motivate the team with positivity and keep the vibe relaxed, even during the breakfast rush.
- Top-Notch Guest Service Skills: With excellent communication and a polished presentation, you make every guest feel like a VIP.
- Flexibility: Available for various shifts, including weekends and mornings, to keep our breakfast service thriving.
