**The Opportunity**

The Arnott’s group are looking for an experienced Logistics Support Team Advisor to join our team based in North Strathfield. In this role you will be primarily responsible for building customer confidence through the delivery of exceptional service and delivery to both our internal and external customer base.

**The Accountabilities**
- Work with other functions and represent the Logistics Team where required, in internal meetings and participate in project groups as directed
- Work closely within the team and business partners to provide timely answers to internal and external queries
- Complete reporting and actions for any other logistics activity as required ensuring that data is correct and valid
- Support all enquiries when made to facilitate the ongoing exceptional logistics service models in terms of on time/on day delivery, customer queries and rejected/returned orders into warehouses
- Ensure that visit plans and route to serve metrics are accurate and maintained

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Applies knowledge of company and customer supply chain capabilities to service customers
- FMCG experience preferred but not essential
- Be able to assist and identify improvement opportunities
- Make day to day business decisions with a basic understanding of business financial concepts and principles
- Uses in depth understanding of product attributes and implication to daily operations
